A note from the founder
Why I'm building Focus
I built Focus because I needed it myself. I wanted one place where I could keep track of the things I was trying to get better at, whether it was my health, my goals, my money, my habits, my work, and just life in general. But everything was always scattered. One app for fitness. Another for food. Notes for my goals. Reminders for things I needed to do. Spreadsheets for everything else.
And whenever I found an app that came close to what I wanted, it felt like I had to pay before I even had the chance to decide if it was useful. So I started thinking about what I would actually want. Something simple. Something that didn't make life feel more complicated than it already is. A place I could open every day, see where I'm at, and keep moving. That's where Focus came from.
I don't expect everyone who uses it to have their life figured out. I definitely didn't when I came up with the idea. I just think most of us know there's a version of ourselves we're trying to become. Focus is simply a place to keep track of that journey. And if it helps someone become a little more consistent, a little more intentional, or even just a little more proud of how they're spending their days, then it became something bigger than the app I originally wanted for myself.
You become what you consistently do.

Have an idea? I want to hear it. Focus is being built in the open, and the best features usually come from the people who'll actually use them. I read every submission, and the ones that fit go straight onto the roadmap.
No account needed, no email required, just the idea.
