Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Focus (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is built by TeamFocus LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website, join the waitlist, submit ideas, or use the Focus app.

2. Information we collect

• Waitlist email: When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address so we can notify you about the launch and early access.
• Idea submissions: When you submit an idea, we collect your optional name and your idea text so we can review it and consider it for the roadmap.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymized analytics about how visitors interact with the site to improve the experience.
• Anti-spam signals: We store a hashed version of your IP address and basic timing signals to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse. We never store your raw IP address.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to send launch updates, review feature ideas, prevent spam and abuse, and improve Focus. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your email for marketing newsletters unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely through our backend provider. We use industry-standard protections, including encrypted connections and access controls. While we work hard to protect your information, no online service can guarantee 100% security.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry or idea submission at any time by contacting us at support.teamfocus@gmail.com. Every launch email we send also includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Focus grows. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
