By accessing or using Focus (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Focus is a personal tracking and productivity app built by TeamFocus LLC. The core app is free to use. An optional Focus+ subscription may be offered in the future for additional features.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Focus. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Focus to harass others, upload harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Intellectual property
Focus, its logo, branding, and all associated content are owned by TeamFocus LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our permission.
6. User content
Any ideas, feedback, or content you submit to us may be used to improve Focus. You retain ownership of your original content, but you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your submissions for the purpose of building and improving the Service.
7. Disclaimers
Focus is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Focus is not medical, financial, or professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamFocus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
